My position in my family is the youngest of 4 siblings. My nephews and nieces are more like cousins. But as time went by some of our families moved across the US and we lost contact with each other.
When Sue and I planned our adventure we decided Glenwood Springs, home of my niece Krysta and her family, would be one of our destinations. Its been years since I've seen Krysta and I had never met her husband Bryan or sons Matt and Jake or their sons families. We enjoyed getting to know everyone, and they were great hosts. We had a great time meeting Krysta's family, and enjoying their town. We happened to be there for Krista's birthday. It was so nice to be able to celebrate her special day with her family.
