We had a wonderful two weeks in the Glenwood Springs area. First of all, our campground KOA Glenwood Springs West was amazing.

There was so much to do in the area, as evidenced by our previous blogs. We lucked out with beautiful weather. While here we visited Aspen, Vail, Hanging Lake State Park, Glenwood Caverns Amusement Park, Redstone, Marble, Harvey Gap State Park, Rifle Falls State Park, and Rifle Gap State park. We did a lot of hiking. Absolutely amazing. Visiting the Brubaker family was a wonderful bonus.
On our last full day, we treated ourselves to a day at Iron Mountain Hot Springs. A great way to end our stay, we needed a day lounging in the Hot Springs to recover from our hiking. There were over a dozen hot tubs, with temperatures in the thermal mineral hot tubs ranging from 92 degrees up to 106. A great way to end our stay, but we are sorry to go.
Now back to Utah.
