Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park is a beautiful park.  The mountain peaks are amazing.  As you can see, there is still snow on the top.  In fact, the day we visited it looked as though it was snowing again.  The views are magnificent.  The water in the lakes are crystal clear.   We were on the look out for moose, and in fact, did see a couple.  We were only able to get a photo of one. We did see deer running thru fields.  The National Parks are beautiful, each so different from the others.  Its a beautiful country, so happy we are able to explore it.
There is a small Episcopal Church just inside the entrance to the park and this is the view behind the altar through the picture window.

Built in 1926 for dude ranchers and tourists, to attain spiritual refreshment on their travels.

Morman Row which is inside the park has some maintained homesteads from around 1908

Our first hike was three miles up to Taggert Lake.

Jenny Lake

Jenny Lake was the most crowded because it was nearer the road, and had a store there.

Beauty framed by beauty !!!!!
After a long narrow winding road, we reached the top of Signal Mountain.

Moose resting alongside our trail we were on.

A beautiful view from a mountain summit.
