We spent a couple of weeks near my brothers family in McKinney Tx. We had a great time visiting with family. It was a first trip out there, so it was great to see their home, and the girls school. We were able to see Leighton's volleyball game and a dress rehearsal for her play. We had Easter with Kristens siblings and their families. It was great to see everyone.
We loved our time with John, Kristen, Brennan and Leighton. It was a pleasure spending time with them at their home. It was truly a wonderful time in Texas. It took us over a dozen years to get there, but we are so glad we had the chance to visit.

Since we were so close, or so I thought, we took a day trip to the Fort Worth Stockyards. I wanted to show Dave my old homestead, as I had lived there in the early 1990's. It had gotten a little more commercial, but it was fun to walk around.
