San Antonio, Texas
We had an amazing year in 2019. After leaving Arizona, we quickly headed east. But we did make a couple of memorable stops along the way. One we have ready covered, that was our Cajun Thanksgiving. Before that, we went to San Antonio. I have visited it this city in the past, and I wanted Dave to see it himself. It is the Alamo that I feel is the most interesting. I'm sure everyone our age has an image of the Alamo, and expect to find it alone in a field. Finding it in the middle of the city is pretty surprising. We had a great couple of days there. We spend a day at the Alamo, followed by dinner on the river and a river cruise. We really enjoyed our time in San Antonio. It was an wonderful city to visit.
Our 2020 travels will take me to many places I have never been. Dave will be sharing his memorable places with me, including his home state of Michigan. I can't wait. I'm sure 2020 will be another memorable year.
